Psychometric Vision

We aim to bring you new and exciting experiences through sounds, shapes, colours and feelings to help guide us through the major changes taking place on Earth now. We always intend to keep this movement evolving througth each event, so no experience will be the same.
The Psychometric Vision Collective is comprised of many talented artists and inspired thinkers. The main co-organisers are brothers, Guano Unsane (Thom) and Psionic_Entity (Ryan). Although there have been many people throughout the years that have played a big role in making our parties so special. Our visual art plays a big part in what we do.

We have been putting on parties for just under 4 years now. Our aim is to be ever evolving & have fresh ideas for every party. Our main project is Soma Sonic - bi monthly psytrance events in Liverpool. we also occationally hold uniquely themed events such as 'The Mellout' which had the goal of bringing likeminded people together for an intimate, socialising experience while being taken on a journey through different styles of chilled psychedlic music, eventually peaking at psytrance.

Past:
These psychedelic trance gatherings are the peak of our creative manifestation. aiming to bring you a diverse mixture of underground psychedelic artists and djs. Set in a FuLLy immersive, evoloutionary environment of the Unsane. The atmosphere which we enter in these realms has always been friendly, fun and suprising. The music takes us on a journey througth our imaginations like no other, connected AS ONE we can break down the boundaries of everyday life to release the pure essence of life within us all.

Soma Sonic was born November 2005, the idea of our friend Kieran, responding to the gap left when Alien Resonance (long running Liverpool Club Night) was put on hiatus. With the goal being to put on a night in Liverpool for the partygoers by the partygoers. Uniting the many artists and creative thinkers that frequent such events and showcasing DJs and Live acts from the underground. Out of this idea the Psychometric Vision movement was born.
We soon decided privatly hosted parties were the best way for us to go, having no time limits on setting up meant we could really push the boundaries with creating fully immersive environments ideal for provoking positivity and mind expansion.

Present:
We have now returned overground to the Fresh new Liverpool venue: The Picket with the goal of showing open minded individuals what theyve been missing & showcasing the masters of the international Psytrance scene, along side the cream of the North West Underground. Putting Liverpool on the Psytrance map!

 

D-3e

Past:
Ryan started doing parties in Southport under the name of AREA:D-3e (spawned as a subsidiary of the now defunct D1E), in early 2004 at the age of 17, with the goal of giving him and his small group of likeminded friends a place to enjoy the vast world of underground electronic music that he was just discovering. Being nothing like anything Southport had ever seen, it was an instant success.
We showcased many styles of underground electronica,
including: psytrance, euphoric hard trance, hardstyle, hardhouse, techno, breaks, drum n bass, electro, breakcore, gabba, i.d.m. industrial, e.b.m. and whatever else took our fancy.

Present:
Nowadays we do AREA:D-3e parties less regularly as 1 off mega events. Still keeping an open mind for the music policy but mainly focusing on cutting edge dance music styles such as: Cyberdelic Trance, Psytrance, Breaks, Dark Drum n Bass, Breakcore & I.D.M.
We have also worked with the mighty GASH Collective, hosting a room at 2 of their mental 4 Floor Freeparties.
